CONSULTATION
Enjoy a complimentary 20-minute one-on-one video chat with a colorist of your choice. During this session, your stylist will assess your hair, discuss your goals, and design a custom color formula tailored to your unique needs. It’s the same expert attention you’d receive in the salon - just from the comfort of home.
ORDER YOUR
KIT
Following your consultation, your colorist handcrafts a personalized color blend based on your unique profile. To place your order, simply email jewel@warrentricomi.com with your full name and colorist’s name. We’ll register your purchase and begin preparing your bespoke kit. Each formula is mixed fresh and labeled specifically for you, making future reorders easy and consistent. You may pick up your kit at any of our three salon locations or choose to have it shipped directly to your door.
APPLY COLOR
AT HOME
Once your kit arrives, you have the option to schedule a second complimentary virtual consultation. During this session, your colorist will guide you through mixing your custom color, proper sectioning and application techniques, and timing and processing for optimal results. This step-by-step support removes the guesswork and ensures salon-worthy results - even for first-time at-home color clients. You’ll also receive professional tips, tool recommendations, and aftercare advice tailored to your hair.
Please note: Hair color kits include single process, toner, and/or gloss. Highlights, bleach, or lowlights are not eligible. If you are an existing color client, please email booknyc@warrentricomi.com to reorder the same shade.
