Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.warrentricomi.com website (the “Service”) operated by WT Global, LLC (“us,” “we,” “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including, but not limited to: visitors, users and others, who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have our permission to access the Service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

In consideration to our other clients and our technicians, please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation requests. Cancellations may be requested online, by phone or by email. Cancellations requested within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full service price. A credit card is required to secure appointments.

*Specialty services such as Keratin, Japanese, Bridal and Extensions may require at least 72 hours cancellation notice.*

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to: your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, the 3 digit security code of your credit card, the name on your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The Service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in the description or price of the product or service, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Shipping

All Products can be shipped without restrictions on the Product. The Product is shipped within 48 hours of the completion of an order. We ship the Product either via UPS or FedEx. The price of shipping is based on FedEx live quotes and UPS Quotes.

We offer shipping exclusively in the domestic United States. We do not offer shipping internationally. You can track an order that has been shipped via UPS or FedEx.

We offer shipping and picking up in the store.

Refunds

All services rendered at Warren Tricomi Salon are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact our management team within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address them. Thank you for choosing Warren Tricomi Salon

All retail product and tool purchases at Warren Tricomi Salon are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for items purchased. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are consistently updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies or may not be complete or current. Products or services may be incorrectly prices, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Package pricing may vary. All package pricing is specially formulated for you based on your location and participating technician. Listed prices are calculated for Junior technicians. Packages are non-transferable.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

Privacy Policy

Warren Tricomi (“us,” "we," or "our") respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect about our customers, whether at one of our locations, online or via one of our mobile applications, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices available to our customers regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how our customers can contact us about our privacy practices.

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service relationship with you. We use the maximum tracking level setting on Facebook, WordPress, and Zenoti which combines all data-tracking options to reach the highest amount of customers. It uses Conversions API, which shares data directly from WordPress and Zenoti’s servers to Facebook. This means the data can’t be blocked by ad blockers. Facebook uses your customer data to target products, page posts, and ads to you.

Types of Data Collected: 

  • Personal Data: While using our services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to Email address, First name and last name, Phone number, Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
  • Cookies and Usage Data: We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.
  • Usage Data: We may also collect information how our site is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
  • Tracking Cookies Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our site and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a site and stored on your device. We may provide paid products and/or services within the site. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
