Accessibility

01

Our approach

We want visitors with disabilities to be able to find salon information, explore our artists and request services. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our technical accessibility target and continue reviewing and improving the site. This is not a certification or a claim that every page and third-party service fully conforms.

Our reviews include automated checks and manual keyboard, focus, contrast and mobile-layout tests. Automated testing cannot detect every barrier, and individual assistive-technology experiences can differ.

02

Website controls

The footer’s Accessibility button opens text-size, high-contrast and reduced-motion viewing options. You can also use your browser’s zoom and operating-system accessibility tools. These settings supplement—not replace—accessible page design.

Privacy and optional Meta advertising choices are available on the Privacy page. Declining advertising tracking does not prevent use of the website or salon booking links.

03

If you encounter a barrier

Please contact your salon by phone or email for assistance with service information or booking, or to report a website access issue. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and your preferred way to be contacted. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

04

Third-party services and limitations

Online booking, gift-card purchases, maps and external media may rely on separately operated services. We do not control every part of those interfaces and cannot guarantee their accessibility. If an external booking flow or another online feature prevents access, contact the salon for an alternative way to get help.

We review reported barriers as part of ongoing maintenance. This statement will be updated as the website and review findings change.
