A clear summary of the information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Privacy
Information you provide
Warren Tricomi collects the information you choose to provide through Careers applications, At-Home requests, Expert Match email requests, Space Rental & Event inquiries, salon communications, and other direct contact. Depending on the form, this may include contact details, requested services, event or appointment details, professional background, an optional Instagram handle, and a resume.
Payment-card information entered through Zenoti is handled by Zenoti and its payment providers. This website does not store payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Careers information is used to review employment interest. At-Home details are used to evaluate requested services, artist availability, timing, travel, and pricing. Space Rental & Event details are used to assess fit, availability, logistics, and next steps. Contact information is used to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records.
Form submissions are stored for review and follow-up by the relevant Warren Tricomi team. Careers applications (with the validated resume attached), At-Home and Bridal requests, and Space Rental & Event inquiries are forwarded through Microsoft 365 to info@warrentricomi.com, with a copy to Rox@warrentricomi.com. When a client requests an Expert Match email, the site stores the email address, questionnaire choices, selected artist identifiers, and delivery status, then sends the three server-generated recommendations from noreply@warrentricomi.com to that address. These forms do not create or modify Zenoti records.
Careers, Bridal, At-Home, and Space Rental & Event submission emails are also copied to Rox@warrentricomi.com for team review. Validated Careers resumes are included in that same email. Client-requested Expert Match emails are sent only to the requesting client and are not copied to staff.
Storage, access, and retention
Submission records and resume files are used for hiring, booking, event coordination, follow-up and business records. The owner dashboard requires an authorized session to read submission details. Copies sent to staff mailboxes are separate from website records. Retention may differ by record and applicable legal obligations; contact us with a question or request about your information. The website does not automatically delete applications or inquiries on a fixed schedule.
Resumes are uploaded to file storage and attached to staff notification emails. File type, size and basic format are validated; these checks are not a guarantee that an attachment is free of malware. Submission validation, duplicate-request controls and rate limits help reduce abuse. A hashed, network-derived identifier is stored with submissions for abuse prevention and rate limiting; it is not a raw IP address and is separate from page-view measurement.
Preferences and analytics
Accessibility and display preferences may be saved locally in your browser so they remain available on a later visit. You can clear these preferences through your browser settings or reset the accessibility controls on the site.
Separate cookie-free website analytics use Umami, served from manus-analytics.com, to measure public page visits. Its configured event payload includes page URL, page title, screen size, browser language and referrer. Query strings, fragments and custom user-identification data are excluded. Event measurement is blocked on the private owner dashboard, previews, recognized robots, and for browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The hosting layer may still request the analytics script resource; downloading a resource exposes network information such as the connecting IP address to its provider, even when event measurement is disabled. Provider-side logs, processing and retention are separate from website records.
For the private owner dashboard, the site records public page paths and broad link-click types with a random browser-tab session ID. It does not include URL search terms, form entries, names, email addresses, IP addresses, or booking confirmations in these records, and does not connect them to inquiry records. Dashboard reports use a rolling 30-day window; events older than 90 days are removed during subsequent site activity. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this first-party measurement; blocking scripts may also prevent it.
We use the Meta Pixel on public pages only after you choose Allow Meta tracking in Cookie preferences on this Privacy page or the desktop cookie icon. It helps us measure advertising performance and visits from Meta/Facebook and Instagram. Before you choose, or if you decline, we do not load Meta’s tracking script or send Meta PageView events; the no-JavaScript tracking beacon is disabled. Meta may process page URLs, device/browser information, identifiers and referring pages according to its own privacy policies. This site does not send application or inquiry form contents as pixel event parameters, and advertising tracking is excluded from the private owner dashboard. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this pixel even if you previously allowed it. Ad blockers may also prevent it from loading.
Open Privacy in the footer to allow or decline Meta tracking in Cookie preferences at any time. On desktop, the small cookie icon also opens these settings. We save your choice locally on this browser for 180 days; clearing site storage or an expired preference asks you to choose again. If your browser cannot save the preference, your choice applies to the current visit only. Declining or withdrawing permission stops future Meta tracking and removes accessible first-party Meta cookies on this site; it does not delete information Meta has already received or cookies set on Meta’s own domains. This control does not disable essential site features or the separate first-party website measurement described above.
Third-party services
The site links to or uses services operated by others, including Zenoti booking, Google Maps, Meta/Facebook and Instagram, file storage, and website analytics. Google Maps and Google Fonts are on-page resources; Google may receive network and device information when those resources load. Zenoti booking and social links lead to separately operated sites when you choose to open them. Microsoft 365 processes submission notification emails and attachments. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. See Meta’s Privacy Policy, Google’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. We remain responsible for our own information practices; this notice does not waive your applicable privacy rights.
Your choices and questions
You may choose not to use optional site features, clear locally stored preferences, or contact Warren Tricomi to ask about access, correction, deletion or a copy of a Careers application, At-Home inquiry, Expert Match email request, or Space Rental & Event request. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights relating to personal information.
To make a privacy request, identify the request type and the email address you used, and include a reference number if available. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request; please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or identity documents by ordinary email. Available rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, email marketing@warrentricomi.com.
