Katie has extensive knowledge of hair color, including Redken, L’Oréal, Goldwell, and Schwartzkoff. Her styling knowledge comprises L’Oréal, Renee Furterer, and Prive NY. She has also completed Balayage, Foundation, and Artist certifications with L’Oréal Professional.
Experience in Greenwich and NYC
Beginning her career with NYC training and early work at The Studio in Greenwich, Katie styled for Neiman Marcus and Premier Atelier, and spent thirteen years at Jaafar Tazi Salon. She did hair and makeup for runway shows in NYC and Greenwich. Currently an Ambassador for ORIBE, her work has been featured in multiple newspapers and magazine articles.
